Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) Guidelines

All international participants travelling to Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before entering the country. The TDAC replaces the traditional paper arrival card and is mandatory for all foreign nationals arriving by air, land, or sea.

When to Apply

The TDAC must be submitted within 3 days prior to your arrival date in Thailand.

Example: If your arrival date is 15 November, you may submit the TDAC from 12 November onwards.

Who Must Submit

All non-Thai nationals entering Thailand are required to complete the TDAC before arrival.

Information Required for TDAC Submission

Please keep the following details ready before starting the application:

  • Passport details
  • Personal information
  • Return or onward flight ticket (mandatory)
  • Confirmed accommodation details in Thailand
  • Health declaration information

Important Guidelines

  • All information must be entered in English only.
  • Ensure that your passport details exactly match your passport.
  • After submission, a confirmation email with a QR Code will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Please keep a digital or printed copy of the QR Code with you during travel.
  • You may update your submitted information before travelling if required.
  • Certain personal details such as Full Name, Nationality, and Date of Birth cannot be changed after submission.

If You Do Not Receive the QR Code

If you do not receive the confirmation email or QR Code:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly
  • Contact the Immigration Officer upon arrival if required

Group / Family Submission

The TDAC system allows group submissions for up to 10 travellers in one application.

Important Scam Warning

The TDAC application is completely FREE of cost. Thailand Immigration authorities have warned travellers about fake websites charging unnecessary fees for TDAC processing. Please use only the official government website ending with “.go.th”.
