Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development Rehabilitation & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities(CRC) Jaipur, functioning since April 2024, is an initiative of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Since May 2, 2019, it is under the administrative control of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (PDUNIPPD), New Delhi.

CRC is committed to fostering sustainable rehabilitation strategies to enhance the quality of life and overall well-being of persons with disabilities (PwDs). The primary objective of CRC Jaipur is to build infrastructure and develop human resources to provide need-based, community-oriented services to persons with disabilities, particularly in Rajasthan. The Centre regularly conducts training programmes for parents, caregivers, professionals, and other stakeholders working in the disability sector. It consistently strives to extend its services to unreached populations and supports them in accessing various government schemes and entitlements.
